We are a music rights management organisation positioned at the intersection of music, data and technology.
Our team educates industry sectors about licensing obligations and ensures our members are paid for their work. We rely on dedicated Licensing Specialists who proactively licence businesses playing music.
Your Key Responsibilities- Engage licensees over the phone to educate them on licensing requirements.
- Utilise communication skills to effectively convey complex licensing information and close opportunities.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our licence scheme offerings.
- Meet and exceed daily call targets and monthly performance metrics. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities in the CRM system.
To thrive in this role you'll need:
- Proven experience in sales, call centre or customer service is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed. Strong attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management and organisational skills.
