About the Role:

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our high-energy team.

This is a busy role where no two days are the same. You will work closely with customers to ensure they get the most out of our platform and drive business outcomes through software solutions.

You will be responsible for guiding customers through implementations, engaging with existing customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About You:

  • You have a passion for technology and enjoy working with customers to solve complex business problems using software solutions.
  • You are an excellent communicator and presenter, able to confidently demonstrate our product and add value to delivery cycles.
  • You have strong analytical skills and technical acumen, with the ability to manage large datasets.
  • You are self-motivated, disciplined, and proactive in monitoring progress against project requirements.

The Ideal Candidate:

Has experience in SaaS or software in a professional service environment.

Is super organized and able to manage competing priorities with ease.

Has owned an implementation process end-to-end for mid-market or enterprise customers.

Can communicate effectively with stakeholders, navigate challenging situations, and escalate issues as needed.

Thinks critically to solve problems and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
