Pharmacy Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead our front-of-store team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to drive business growth through exceptional customer service, store presentation, and staff development.
About the Role:
- Lead and support a large front-of-store team
- Manage daily retail operations and maintain high merchandising standards
- Support rostering, stock control, and ordering processes
- Deliver outstanding customer service and promote a positive team culture
- Support promotions and sales campaigns
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Pharmacist-in-Charge and Head Office Management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other key metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement changes as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail pharmacy or similar leadership roles
- Strong people management and team coaching skills
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage stock, merchandising, and retail KPIs
