This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a Pharmacist to lead and manage a collaborative team in a modern community pharmacy. As Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring seamless delivery of services to patients.
About the Role:- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of Pharmacists, Dispense Technicians, Interns, Pharmacy Students, and front-of-shop staff.
- Implement efficient workflows and streamline processes using robotic dispensing technology.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure excellent patient experience.
- Current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
- Proven experience as a Managing Pharmacist or equivalent leadership role.
- Able to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
$55 per hour plus superannuation on weekdays, $60 per hour on Saturdays, and $65 per hour on Sundays.
