PharmaSave Cleveland Pharmacy is on the hunt for a Retail Manager and Second-in-Charge (2IC) to join our busy and supportive team. This is an exciting full-time opportunity to play a pivotal role in leading front-of-store operations and team performance in a fast-paced, community-focused pharmacy.

About the Role

Retail Manager – $36/hour + super
2IC – $33/hour + super

In these leadership positions, you'll work closely with the Pharmacist-in-Charge and the Head Office Management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support staff development, and drive business growth through exceptional customer service and store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a large front-of-store team

Manage daily retail operations and maintain high merchandising standards

Support rostering, stock control, and ordering processes

Deliver outstanding customer service and promote a positive team culture

Support promotions and sales campaigns

Step into management responsibilities when required as 2IC

Proven experience in retail pharmacy or similar leadership roles

Strong people management and team coaching skills

Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage stock, merchandising, and retail KPIs

Pharmacy systems knowledge (Z software preferred)

A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
