Job Title: Program Support Officer

SA Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and business support services to clients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and timely information to telephone queries and respond to incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Attend to visitors in the reception area and ensure they are directed appropriately.
  • Coordinate the booking of appointments for services and process and raise invoices and accounts.
  • Maintain record management storage and retrieval systems for medical files.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in providing comprehensive and efficient administrative and clerical support services.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs and client databases.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with a wide range of clients, staff, and community members.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a flexible approach to work.
