About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our Civil and Infrastructure team in Perth. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in supporting Project Managers and Development Managers in delivering unique and challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide commercial and contractual support to project teams, ensuring effective contract administration and mitigation of risks.
  • Coordinate the development and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with Stockland's policies and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize the value of contracts.
  • Assist in the preparation of contract administration documentation, including variations, EOTs, and defect notices.
  • Support negotiations with external stakeholders, including dispute resolution processes.
  • Coordinate matters related to Contract Works Insurance and Contract/Authority Securities.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of Project Management systems and processes.
  • Facilitate contract and commercial learning and development training for Project Managers and Development Managers.

About You

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in contract procurement administration, preferably in maintenance or infrastructure industries.
  • ERP Systems experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced task-focused role.
  • Contract or Project administration experience.
  • SAP/S4 Hana and/or Ariba and Smartsheet experience (desirable).
  • Ability to prepare comprehensive business cases and acquisition proposals (desirable).
  • Advanced analytical and numerical skills.
