
Enterprise Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to drive growth and expansion in our enterprise accounts.
This role will focus on building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and pain points, and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to improve adoption and retention rates.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular customer success reviews to assess progress, address challenges, and provide guidance for future growth.
- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or software sales.
- Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
