Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Change of Ownership Specialist to join our Practice Advisory Team. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively managing the Change of Ownership process for our firms when they sell/purchase/acquire/merge with other firms.

This process includes discussions with firms about their options with regards to their LEAP Arrangement as well as their LEAP Datafile and managing the process to completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven ability to manage a project or task from beginning to end
  • High responsibility/accountability - receiving primary responsibility/accountability for completing tasks that might place heavy demands on one's time and involvement
  • Proven ability to resolve conflict with internal and external stakeholders, utilising negotiation and communication skills
  • Proven ability to maintain customer service and customer satisfaction in difficult situations
