Job Description:
The role of Assistant Manager – Spa is to oversee the daily operations, manage staff performance and drive customer satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced professional with excellent leadership skills to lead our team at a forward-thinking spa centre.
About the Role:
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the spa, including roster management, client bookings and inventory control.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service standards and drive business growth.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to support staff development and foster a positive work environment.
- Support owners in driving the overall direction and vision of the business.
- Drive exceptional results through effective communication, leadership and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing teams and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of operational management principles.
