Role Overview

This position will lead a dynamic team and shape the future of youth mental health services in the community.

The successful applicant will oversee the delivery of high-quality care for young people and their families, guiding and supporting a multidisciplinary team, managing referrals and caseloads, and contributing to service innovation and continuous improvement.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Lead and enhance clinical service delivery across the mental health spectrum
  • Provide supervision, support, and guidance to clinicians and other support staff
  • Facilitate clinical reviews, care planning, and shared decision-making
  • Contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and service evaluation
  • Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and data collection
Key Requirements:
  • Approved tertiary qualification in an allied health discipline (social work, psychology, mental health nursing, occupational therapy)
  • Registration or membership with the relevant registration authority or professional body
