Responsibilities- Be part of our expanding clinical workforce delivering high quality inhome care.
- Offering permanent full time - Monday to Friday hours
- Development, implementation, monitoring and review of care plans
- Comprehensive and accurate assessment of residents
- Assisting with the orientation of new staff and ongoing professional development
- Support in ensuring the service meets all accreditation standards
- Review client care and care plans, promoting independence and quality of life
- Lead and inspire the frontline clinical team through guidance and mentorship
- Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent qualification
- Current AHPRA registration
- Extensive general nursing experience and demonstrated skills reflective of clinical experience
- Ability to liaise with the care team and provide coordinated care
- Confident in managing conflict, pressures and competing priorities
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team with ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in community funding is highly desirable
- Salary range $56.76 - $58.31 per hour + NFP salary packaging benefits + extensive staff discounts
