About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities through our partner network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful onboarding and integration of new services and partnerships
  • Management reporting and becoming an expert on products, procedures, and values
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience gained in a sales role in the financial services industry dealing with a partner network
  • Excellent experience and understanding of a Broker network and how vendor products are sold through one
  • Proven client relationship management skills at all levels including C-Suite
  • First-class communication skills both written and verbal
  • An awareness of how marketing can assist revenue generation with the ability to work with Partners for marketing campaign improvement
  • The ability to train partners in your product suite
