Job Title: Educator and Learning Support Specialist
\About the Role:
\We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate educator to join our dynamic team. As an Educator and Learning Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment that fosters the academic, spiritual, physical, and emotional growth of students.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and distribute educational content, including notes, summaries, assignments, and tests.\
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that meets the needs and promotes the development of students.\
- Engage with parents, colleagues, and the wider community to create healthy and productive relationships.\
- Assess and report student progress, providing effective feedback to students, parents, and other stakeholders.\
- Initiate and participate in school-related extracurricular activities and duties.\
- Contribute to the development of new and improved processes, methods, and programs that align with school policies and beliefs.\
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and samples of work.\
- Monitor and report health and safety risks, incidents, injuries, and property damage in a timely manner.\

Requirements:
\This position requires a degree and applicable teaching qualifications, with relevant experience. Teaching qualifications must be provided, including University transcripts and NESA accreditation details.
