We are seeking a skilled Human Resources professional to join our team as an HR Coordinator. This is a hands-on role responsible for overseeing day-to-day human resources and payroll operations, ensuring compliance with legislation and supporting positive outcomes for staff across the organisation.
The OpportunityThis role provides guidance to leaders on employee relations, industrial matters, and change management, while also mentoring and leading a small HR team. You will be required to supervise a team of three staff members across HR and payroll, manage daily HR functions, and provide expert advice on workplace legislation, industrial relations, and organisational change processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of HR and payroll professionals
- Manage daily HR functions, including employee relations, payroll, and learning and development activities

- Support leaders and staff through employee relations matters, including investigations and performance issues
