**Role Overview:**

As a Merchandise Manager, you will lead sales efforts and drive business growth by achieving excellence in our Quilpie branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sale of rural merchandise including agricultural chemicals, animal health products, fencing materials, water equipment, and general merchandise.
  • Oversee inventory management, encompassing forecasting, planning, procurement, ordering, sales processing, logistics, stock controls, and stocktakes.
  • Collaborate closely with management and other sales team members to fulfill client and customer needs in a proactive and professional capacity.
  • Work with supplier representatives to deliver value and solutions to clients and customers, implementing marketing initiatives to grow the business.

**Requirements:**

Essential knowledge of products and services required for the pastoral industry is vital for this role. A background in merchandise sales is preferred but not mandatory. You should be self-motivated and driven to improve store operations, with the ability to develop long-term partnerships with clients and stakeholders.

This position requires a full driver's license.
