Lead our Quilpie branch with a strong business acumen and drive sales growth in rural merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of agricultural chemicals, animal health products, animal management solutions, fencing materials, water equipment, and general merchandise.
  • Manage inventory levels through effective forecasting, planning, procurement, ordering, sales processing, logistics, stock control, and stocktakes.
  • Collaborate with the management team and sales staff to meet client needs in a proactive and professional manner.
  • Work closely with suppliers to deliver value and solutions, implementing marketing initiatives to grow the business.
About the Ideal Candidate:
  • A broad knowledge of products and services for the pastoral industry is essential, with a background in merchandise sales being preferred but not required.
  • The successful candidate will be self-motivated, driven to improve store operations, and able to develop long-term partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
