
Administrative Coordinator

- Provide administrative support to project managers and teams by coordinating tasks, managing documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with timesheet entry, labour scheduling, and logistics updates to ensure seamless operations.
- Help maintain stock records, project registers, and tracking documents to facilitate efficient decision-making.
- Manage document control, including dockets, site files, and commercial records, to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
- Support the finance team by processing purchase orders, invoices, and goods receipting in a timely and accurate manner.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams professionally and effectively to resolve issues and communicate goals.
- Coordinate meetings, travel bookings, onboarding, and inductions to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new employees.
- Maintain tidy and well-organized digital and physical filing systems to facilitate easy access to information.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in administration or project support roles.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with finance or procurement systems, such as raising purchase orders and receipting goods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
