This is a rare opportunity to take the lead on a variety of engagements from start to finish, including business and share valuations for tax and accounting purposes, valuations to support transactions, Independent Expert Reports, and Purchase Price Allocations.

You will prepare high-quality accounting valuation reports and advice for a range of purposes, including Independent Expert's Reports (or Fairness Opinions), Purchase Price Allocations, and general business, equity, and intangible asset valuations.

Undertake robust valuation assessments based on the full range of valuation methodologies, utilizing best-practice financial modeling.

">

Oversee valuations research offering value-added insights into comparable companies and transactions, industry trends, and market conditions.

Drive business development initiatives and participate in activities with a focus on growing the firm's valuations practice.

As a senior member of the team, you will lead a team of valuations professionals on client engagements from end to end, providing coaching and development opportunities to team members on technical valuation matters.

">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • ">
  • Relevant degree or accounting/finance professional qualification(s)">
  • Significant accounting valuations experience, ideally gained within an accounting, boutique valuations, or investment firm setting">
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to provide coaching and leadership to less experienced team members">
  • Autonomous working style with a sense of ownership, personal accountability, and pride in what you do">
