Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading valuation engagements across independent expert reports and portfolio valuations for various purposes and industries.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring commitment to excellence strengthens client relationships and enhances reputation.
  • Driving business development initiatives, leveraging networks to expand client base and market presence.
  • Collaborating with global teams to deliver cross-border services and share knowledge.
  • Supervising, mentoring, and developing team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics, preferably with postgraduate qualifications or professional certifications.
  • At least 8 years of financial advisory experience, preferably in valuations or a closely related field.
  • A proven track record of managing client relationships and leading complex engagements.
  • Strong technical knowledge of valuation methodologies, financial accounting, and financial modelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
