**Software Support Leadership Opportunity**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced software support team lead to manage our dynamic support team in Adelaide. As a key member, you will be responsible for leading the support team and providing service desk and other support services for our Environmental data management software product.

Main responsibilities:

  • Management of support ticket queue including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and priorities
  • Support ticket triage
  • Manage the on-call roster
  • Take service desk phone calls
  • Perform customer installation health checks
  • Resolve incidents at Levels 1, 2, and 3

About You:**

  • Degree qualified in Software Engineering, IT or Natural Resource discipline or close to qualification
  • Previous experience as a support team lead is preferred
  • A strong interest in software products is essential
