About the Role

This role is for a driven individual with commercial litigation experience to play a crucial role in our team.

The role involves complex contractual disputes, regulatory proceedings, corporate disputes and family trust disputes in superior courts across Australia.


Key Responsibilities

You will work on general commercial disputes with an emphasis on technical excellence and delivery of high-quality outcomes to clients.

A commitment to mastering the ability to effectively manage your own time and work to deadlines is essential.

Drafting skills, specifically drafting court documents and affidavits, are required.

You will be part of a collaborative working style and enjoy a fast-paced but rewarding environment.


Requirements
  1. 2-5 years post admission legal experience working on complex commercial litigation matters
  2. Experience working within a high-performance environment
  3. Strong drafting skills with specific ability to draft court documents and affidavits
  4. A commitment to technical excellence and delivery of high-quality outcomes to our clients
  5. A team player who enjoys a collaborative working style
