**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled commercial litigator to join our team. As a commercial litigator, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse litigation matters, including ACL, contracts, franchising, and equity.

You will be responsible for drafting all necessary documents, obtaining clear instructions from clients, briefing and instructing barristers, and engaging in occasional solicitor-advocacy for preliminary and interlocutory hearings. You can expect to access challenging cases with multimillion-dollar values and deal with clients with a turnover of up to $200 million per annum.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience practicing commercial litigation exclusively in reputable law firms;
  • Fluency in Mandarin;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including straightforward and succinct communication skills and a pro-client approach to their work.
