Job Title: Billings Coordinator

At Accor Vacation Club, we're seeking a highly skilled Billings Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Billings Team, you will play a crucial role in driving the collection of membership club fees and creating solutions that enable Members to maximize the benefits of their membership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a large number of inbound and outbound calls and emails to ensure timely and effective communication with Members.
  • Negotiate and monitor payment arrangements to ensure seamless collections.
  • Assist with quarterly Collection runs and Annual Invoice runs to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
  • Receipt payments, process refunds, and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine interest in helping people.
  • Self-motivation and enthusiasm to develop new skills and take on new challenges.
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in collections or financial services is highly desirable.
  • Availability to work rostered hours Monday-Friday between 7am-7pm.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, show initiative, and efficiently manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
