As a Billings Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in driving the collection of membership club fees, ensuring seamless communication with our valued members, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead collection efforts to ensure timely payments from members, meeting set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage overdue invoices, following company policies to recover outstanding payments.
  • Engage with members through proactive outreach, discussing and facilitating solutions and payment plans in accordance with company procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing member inquiries via calls and emails regarding club fees, and resolving billing discrepancies and disputes.
  • Negotiate payment plans with members, working within company guidelines to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
What We're Looking For:
  • 1-2 years of experience in collections within the consumer finance sector, with a proven track record of meeting targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong work ethic and adaptability, with a focus on delivering high-performance results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with precision.
