Job Description

As a meat process consultant, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the meat processing industry. Our team is dedicated to providing advanced processing systems and services to food processors worldwide.

The primary focus of this role will be to work closely with customers to review their current production processes and recommend improvements. This may involve evaluating the competence level of customer personnel and suggesting training or follow-up actions. You will also be responsible for ensuring issues reported, including suggestions for improvements.

Additionally, you will support customers in utilizing software to improve their processes. This includes identifying training opportunities and executing training sessions internally and with customers. You will also take ownership of process consultancy-related work orders and escalations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive technical knowledge of meat equipment portfolios.
  • Extensive process knowledge within the meat processing industry.
  • Commercial attitude, entrepreneurial drive, and perseverance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to execute agreed tasks and deadlines against performance criteria.
  • Prior process and yield optimization experience.
  • Able to interact and win trust when approaching people at different levels and situations.
