Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in Canberra. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering person-centered support plans that promote the quality of life for our NDIS clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and develop behaviour support plans that meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Implement and evaluate support plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support services.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS quality and safeguard commission requirements.
- Assessed by NDIS as a PBS practitioner at core or above level.
- Current driver's license.
- Adherence to NDIS quality and safeguard commission requirements.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in mental health, or a relevant Bachelor's degree.
- COVID-19 vaccination digital certificate, including mandated booster vaccinations.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
