About the Role

We are seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team at Humanity Health Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing education and support to our customers and NDIS participants, including evidence-based assessment and intervention.

This role requires exceptional communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

  • Plan and deliver education and support services to customers and NDIS participants that focus on participant goal attainment.
  • Provide support and services in collaboration with other health professionals and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and improve outcomes.
About You

We are looking for a Behaviour Support Practitioner who is compassionate, conscientious, and flexible with excellent communication and time management skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Behaviour Support Practitioner registration or eligibility to become registered.
  • Experience working with individuals with a disability.
  • A passion for helping and assisting a diverse range of clients.
