We are seeking an individual with a passion for working with people with disabilities, who can support individuals in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life. As a Support Coordinator, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement behaviour support plans that are tailored to each individual's needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behaviour support plans that are evidence-based and client-centered.
  • Conduct functional behaviour assessments and identify restrictive practices.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Provide training and support to clients and staff on positive behaviour support principles and strategies.
Selection Criteria
  • Passion for working with people with disabilities.
  • Experience in positive behaviour support or a related field.
  • National Police Check, WWCC, and a drivers' license essential.
