We're looking for a casual Receptionist to join our Perth team, who can provide information and instructions to help guide customers through the medical assessment process. You'll need to be available minimum 3-4 days per week, including Wednesdays and Thursdays, and also be willing to work weekends during peak season.

About the Role

As part of our professional Reception and Concierge team, you will be greeting customers and ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed and resolved with a customer-focused, respectful, caring and professional approach. You will be adhering to established processes and procedures accurately to assist customers through the steps of the assessment process, including:

  • conducting an identity and security check and escalating any identified risks
  • processing payments via EFTPOS
  • confirming customer documentation is completed to requirements and processing forms
  • confirming which examinations the customer is required to complete and explaining this to the customer
  • entering required data and information into customer management systems and databases
  • explaining the steps throughout the visa medical examination and ensuring the customer understands the key elements of the visa medical examination process

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have sound IT and computer skills and the ability to enter required data and information into customer management systems and databases.
