
Skincare Marketing Strategist

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with experience in launching new products and managing multiple marketing channels. You will work closely with the category team to develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for this loved skincare brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns across TV, Radio, Outdoor, Digital and Social channels.
- Manage the end-to-end NPD process (New Product Development) and launch new sub-brands, working across packaging, pricing and promotion initiatives.
- Build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including the broader marketing team, NPD, major retail chains, pharmacy and beauty care specialists, and agencies.
- Drive business growth and brand equity through a test and learn approach to marketing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business or similar.
- A proven track record as either a highly successful Assistant Brand Manager or a Brand Manager.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with an ability to influence key stakeholders.
