  • About the Role

The International Education Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of professional skincare education, leading and developing a team of Education Specialists, and collaborating with local and global teams to deliver world-class education.

  1. Lead a team of Education Specialists, supporting their professional growth and aligning individual development plans with business needs.
  2. Drive execution of education strategies across multiple channels, including professional skin therapists, retail, medi-aesthetic, and consumer-facing education.
  3. Co-lead the APAC Innovation Taskforce, ensuring successful launches of new products and treatments.
  4. Strengthen distributor training programs, elevate standards of delivery, and help shape local strategies in line with global curriculum.
  5. Foster collaboration among markets, sharing best practices, unifying education goals, and ensuring region-wide alignment with Dermalogica's brand purpose.
  6. Travel regularly across the region to support market visits, deliver trainings, and represent APAC in global initiatives.
