We are a rapidly growing business unit that offers high-performance skincare products. Since 2008, we've been creating clinically proven cosmeceuticals without high price tags.

As the Marketing Manager of our Skincare Division, you'll lead:

  • Annual brand plans with strategic goals and tactics by key category and associated financials
  • A global marketing roadmap to drive new and existing launches and go-to-market communications
  • The development of all branded content (POS, Advertising, VM, Social, CRM, web)
  • Trade Marketing activities and implementation & analysis (ROI)
  • Consumer insights to identify core target consumers and overall engagement
  • Collaboration with the eCommerce Manager on paid media to drive brand awareness and conversion
  • Digital marketing strategies; campaigns, promotions and initiatives to drive sales revenue
  • Community management

Your qualifications include:

  • A degree in Marketing or a related field
  • A strong passion for Skincare and knowledge about the market
  • Minimum 3 years' marketing/brand management experience
  • Experience managing external agencies and partners
  • Ability to lead marketing strategy, planning and forecasting
  • Proven analytical skills
