Senior Risk Manager

The Senior Manager Risk will lead the second-line risk advisory function, ensuring the risk management framework is contemporary and fit-for-purpose. This role will provide expert advice to senior leaders, supporting the consistent operationalisation of the risk management framework and effective identification, assessment, and management of risks.
The Senior Manager Risk will oversee the maintenance of consistent stakeholder engagement across all risk functions and be responsible for establishing and maintaining an appropriate level of risk governance and oversight activities. This includes reporting to the Executive, Audit and Risk Committee, and the Board.
About YouWe are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in leading 2nd line risk advisory functions and influencing teams in the application of robust and effective risk management processes. You will have highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, and consultation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will also bring extensive experience in designing and enhancing risk insights reporting. As a credible and confident individual, you will thrive in a dynamic environment and relish the opportunity to create impact and positively affect change in an organisation that makes a real difference.
