Operational Training Professional

This role contributes to enhanced organisational performance by delivering high-quality operational training programs. The specialist is accountable for identifying and meeting the learning needs of the entire business, including developing, updating, and delivering tailored programs to address these requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver operational training programs that cater to the diverse needs of the organisation, incorporating both virtual and face-to-face delivery methods.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of operational training initiatives, ensuring they align with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive operational training plans and strategies that support business growth and excellence.
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to identify client needs, support the development of competencies, and contribute to achieving corporate objectives.

The Operational Training Team comprises experienced professionals working together to achieve a shared vision. The team is responsible for designing, reviewing, and delivering a comprehensive range of operational training modules, encompassing face-to-face, virtually facilitated, and online eLearn's.
