Health Services Trainer and Resource Specialist

We are seeking a skilled trainer and resource developer to lead the delivery of community health services programs.
Main Responsibilities:- Design and implement learning activities that meet course competency requirements.
- Provide guidance and feedback to students throughout the course.
- Evaluate student competency and performance according to course standards.
- Create engaging and compliant learning and assessment resources.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in aged care or disability support worker roles, with at least 5 years of industry experience. They must possess relevant qualifications, including a Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Ageing/Disability Support, and completion of a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
In addition to these qualifications, the successful applicant will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively engage, lead, mentor, and encourage students in classroom and clinical environments. They will also be able to validate assessment items and judgments, and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
This role requires a high level of expertise in community health services, as well as the ability to create a supportive and motivating learning environment for students.
The selected candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of students and stakeholders.
