Inclusion Project Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to help manage our inclusion and employee experience initiatives. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can provide administrative support across multiple projects.
- Coordinate daily project activities, including calendar management and agenda preparation.
- Support the Belonging Committee by managing meeting schedules, inboxes, and work plans.
- Assist with meeting organization, email management, and project timeline tracking.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems in SharePoint.
- Develop engaging visual materials, such as slides and reports, using Canva or similar tools.
- Cultivate relationships with employees, consumers, and external community groups through consultation and communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting or coordinating projects in any setting.
- Ability to communicate professionally and inclusively.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to pitch in where needed.
