Job Title: Senior Manager, Privacy
">Housing is an independent housing authority established to improve housing outcomes for individuals. As a Senior Manager, Privacy, you will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining privacy programs within the organization.
">- Conducting risk assessments and implementing policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks and comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Investigating privacy-related incidents and providing guidance on data subject access requests.
- Collaborating with legal, information security, and other teams to ensure a holistic approach to compliance.
You will work closely with employees across the organization, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries from customers, regulators, and other stakeholders.
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.
- In-depth knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
