Human Resources Leader Position

We seek a seasoned human resources professional to lead our regional HR operations, leveraging extensive experience and expertise in APAC labor laws, HRIS systems, and strategic talent management.

  • Leverage 15+ years of HR experience, with at least 10 years in a regional HR leadership role, to drive business outcomes through effective people strategies.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR plans that align with organizational goals and objectives, ensuring compliance with APAC labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs, enhancing employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage and maintain HRIS systems, including Workday and SAP, to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting.
  • Maintain high levels of cultural sensitivity and adaptability, fostering a positive work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.
  • Strategically partner with senior leaders to drive business growth, enhance employee engagement, and develop innovative solutions to complex HR challenges.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of APAC labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP).
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Additional certifications in HR, such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
