Job Title: Senior Client Executive

The Role:
  • We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Senior Client Executive with our awesome team in Sydney.

As the Senior Client Executive, you will primarily be responsible for the implementation and buying of media activity on behalf of our clients. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Proactively supporting team members, particularly client managers
  • Addressing client inquiries, providing reporting and basic planning assistance
  • Managing data for planning, purchasing, and reporting across TV
  • Maintaining Media Plans and Production Schedules with meticulous accuracy
  • Generating comprehensive post-campaign reports
  • Coordinating with key media partners to guarantee campaign fulfillment
  • Ensuring precise invoicing for clients, managing timely delivery and resolving account queries and outstanding debts
  • Gathering data for competitor analyses, tracking media industry trends and conducting live research

A successful candidate will have solid media partner relationships and product knowledge, with the ability to engage and adhere to our partner engagement approach to drive the best outcomes for your client. You will also require strong verbal communication and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and work to timelines. Proficiency in supporting on building documentation and strong administrative skills and attention to detail to support Client & Digital Managers is essential. Experience across offline and digital media tools and platforms is desirable, as well as a passion for building meaningful connections with clients and team members.
