Job Title: Media Account Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Media Account Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the media house team, ensuring that all sales activities and advertising campaigns are delivered efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the client's business, our products, the market, and our business objectives. They will be able to support Account Managers in coordinating sales activities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and developing solutions that deliver campaign management.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Account Managers in coordinating sales activities and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Develop solutions that deliver campaign management, including implementation, communication with external partners on status, tracking, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Deliver sales collateral by ensuring go-to-market decks, pitches, and insights decks are accurate and relevant to the advertiser.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRMs.
  • Experience managing competing priorities within a sales environment.
  • Exposure to digital advertising campaigns across display, video, and native is advantageous.
