Conversational Experience Lead

We are seeking an experienced Conversational Experience Lead to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to shape conversational AI within digital teams, leveraging their expertise in conversation design and user-centered solutions.

  • This role involves leading end-to-end conversational experiences, incorporating best practices, conversation design patterns, UX research, usability, market research, business requirements, and customer data.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with developers, solution architects, and design teams to implement scalable, user-centric design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create end-to-end conversational experiences that align business objectives with customer needs.
  • Support discovery of business requirements and translate requirements into use cases and customer experience requirements.
  • Develop NLU, LLM prompts, dialogs, flow diagrams, and prototypes to effectively communicate conversational interactions and design approaches.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Conversation Designer or a similar role with a track record of successfully leading conversation design projects in large, complex organizations.
  • Diverse backgrounds welcomed.
  • Portfolio of shipped work demonstrating Conversation Design and Voice User Interface design.
  • Tertiary qualification in Design, Human-Centered Design (HCD), or a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with modern frameworks and methodologies, including Lean, Design Thinking, Scrum, and Kanban.
