Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a complex regional main roads project.

The successful candidate will lead all activities related to the substructure and critical marine works, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and engineering precision.

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or a related field is essential for this role.
  • 5-10+ years' experience in construction management or senior project engineering role with similar proven related experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with others to achieve project goals.
  • Ability to control project financials by managing budgets and providing accurate profit/loss forecasts.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple interfaces and competing demands.
  • Extensive working knowledge of HSE requirements and their practical implementation on site.
