Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive leader to join our team as a Retail Store Team Leader. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and coach a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve outstanding results.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales leadership and has a proven track record of success in achieving KPIs and sales targets. As a Retail Store Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and coaching your team to deliver exceptional customer service, upholding our quality brand, and achieving store objectives.

You will also be responsible for providing input on staff scheduling and assisting in recruitment activities. Additionally, you will oversee customer returns and inventory management, ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently and effectively.

Skill Requirements
  • Prior experience in retail management as a store manager or assistant store manager
  • Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targets
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service as a brand ambassador
  • Collaborative and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Motivated to lead and drive a team to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
  • Persuasive communication skills and agile leadership style
