Your Role

Casual Retail Assistant

You'll be the friendly face greeting customers, expertly fitting little feet with the perfect shoes and keeping our store running smoothly. Whether it's a child's first pair or their next adventure shoes, you'll make it a moment to remember.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service with a smile, ensuring our customers feel welcome and supported.
  • Help kids and families find the right fit and style, using your product knowledge to make informed recommendations.
  • Maintain a tidy, stocked and visually appealing store, creating an inviting atmosphere for our customers.
  • Work weekends, holidays and busy seasons as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

  • A people person who loves working with kids, prioritizing their needs and providing excellent care.

  • Reliability and a great team spirit, supporting your colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
