Job Title: Sales Leadership Opportunity

Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced sales management professional to lead our team in exceeding sales plan and profitability targets while providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with internal and external clients, nurturing and developing client portfolios through meaningful commercial outreach, and creating exceptional experiences for clients.

A key responsibility of this role will be to support the Store Manager in organizing and hosting events for clients, as well as becoming an expert on product and sales training modules.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for supervising, developing, and training designated staff and supervisors, recruitment and delivery of onboarding for new starters, and key-holder responsibilities such as opening and closing of the store.

Requirements:
  • Minimum three years supervisory or management experience
  • Sound sales experience in retail or relevant customer-related experience
  • Experience in sales generation and managing the achievement of sales results
  • Experience working towards targets and KPIs
  • Ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness, and professionalism
  • Proven ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
