About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and coordinate marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Manage budget control, lead generation, and sales growth, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Collaborate with agencies to create innovative and creative marketing content, including websites, blogs, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to engage with our target audience.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns that drive conversions and meet business objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to negotiate and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
Requirements
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to set the tone and voice of our brand's content.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a marketing executive role, including a relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Campaign management experience, including the ability to create marketing planners.
  • Excellent organizational management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, such as WordPress, and CRM software, such as Dynamics.
  • A strong understanding of the digital space and the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
