You will work closely with clients to understand their talent-related needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet their objectives. Your role will involve:

  • Conducting consultative fact-finding sessions with clients to identify their recruitment requirements.
  • Developing and implementing strategic business development plans to build a scalable and sustainable client portfolio.
  • Managing recruitment processes end-to-end, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.
  • Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
