Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a critical role in assisting hiring managers throughout the contract labor acquisition process. Your expertise will be essential in sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates to meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requisition Intake and Sourcing: Assist hiring managers in all stages of the contract labor acquisition process, including requisition intake, sourcing, and candidate shortlisting and interviewing.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrate recruitment expertise by preparing insightful questions for hiring managers to gather detailed job descriptions and distribute to our supply base.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Utilize reports to manage open requirements, advise managers on status, and monitor supplier sourcing strategies to ensure timely response.
  • Client and Supplier Management: Discuss expectations, timeframes, feedback, roles, and responsibilities with hiring managers and suppliers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Management: Coach, manage, and oversee the performance of participating staffing suppliers.
  • Issue Tracking and Resolution: Document client and supplier reported issues and track resolution through to completion.
  • Contract Compliance: Monitor performance against contract SLAs, requisition aging, invoicing, time and expense entry, and vendor compliance tracking.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Maintain and update monthly activity and performance reports.

Requirements

  • Recruitment Process Expertise: Thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment process methodology, preferably contract recruitment (contingent workforce management).
  • Industry Experience: Successful experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders, at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Organizational Skills: Well-organized and capable of keeping track of end-to-end requisitions with a high degree of follow-through and proof of execution.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to interpret data from a variety of internal and external sources and predict trends.
