Job Description:
The role involves working as part of a close-knit team to deliver high-quality boat products that meet the highest standards of excellence. You will be responsible for performing tasks related to laminate construction, including open moulding and closed moulding. Responsibilities:

- Prepare moulds for laminating by applying release agents and ensuring they are clean and dry.
- Laminate fiberglass components according to a lamination schedule, ensuring minimal quality issues and imperfections.
